Can we have a mutual divorce without help from an attorney?

It would be wise for you to at least consult with an experienced family law attorney to review your matter. That being said, in Arizona most county superior court facilities include a self service center where you can obtain forms and instructions on the preparation and filing of a petition for dissolution. Those forms and instructions are also available online.

Can my ex have our judgment modified to prevent me from having guest?

Robert Jensen 'Bob' Matlock
Answered by attorney Robert Jensen 'Bob' Matlock (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Mackoy, Hernandez, Jones and Woods LLP
Your ex is entitled to ask the court to modify the existing order to include such a prohibition. The judge may or may not do so, depending upon what appears to be in the best interests of the child. I suggest you hire a lawyer.

If I am paying all the bills, she has a car I pay for, can she demand the house if she left for another man?

Divorce lawyer at Law Office of Eric A. Maskell
You would have to review when the house was purchased and if she has made any payments toward the house. Since Texas is a community property state you would need to determine if she has any community property interest in the house and then decide from there on whether or not she can demand any part of the asset. Technically she can demand whatever she wants but ultimately it will be a decision for the courts.
