Can I offset what I owe to my ex wife in unreimbursed medical expenses vs what she owes me for under paid temple fees.

If you owe each other money, the sums can usually be used as offsets. But your settlement agreement may limit such offsets.

Can u get a quick divorce as all parties agree and not going after one another fir any support

Answered by attorney David Bliven
Divorce lawyer at Law Offices of David Bliven
A: How quick your divorce takes depends in part in the county you file the divorce in, as well as how quick the parties are to return the necessary documents.  One also needs to know whether there's any children and/or property/assets involved (even if the latter is going to be waived) as that may slow down the process somewhat.  Schedule a consult with a Divorce Attorney in your area for a full assessment.
