Can she take the truck being so short of a marriage?

Answered by attorney John J Keenan (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Keenan & Austin, P.C.
It is highly unlikely that she could get your truck. In your divorce, she is entitled to one half of the property acquired during the marriage. You should file right away though. The longer you wait, the higher the possibility that you might acquire something she would have an interest in.

You must wait 6 months from the date you moved back to Michigan, if you ever terminated your residency here. You must also be a county resident for 10 days. He can be served in prison. See a lawyer.
