Does mother pay child support

Answered by attorney Anne Barbara Howard (Unclaimed Profile)
Divorce lawyer at Anne B. Howard, A Professional Law Corporation
Child support is based on income and time spent with the children. It has absolutely nothing to do with the sex of the person. If she makes more and has less time, go after her for support.

Do I have any rights to any of my ex-husband’s retirement if we have been divorced for 10 years?

Answered by attorney Richard Eric Anthony Dwyer
Divorce lawyer at Richard E.A. Dwyer, Esq
It depends on: 1. Whether your husband hid his retirement plans during the divorce and violated his duty of disclosure. 2. The terms of your divorce judgment. You're out of luck if the retirement was fully disclosed and addressed in your judgment.
