Is it possible to get a quick divorce if we both just want to walk away?

Yes it is possible. The minimum waiting time for divorces without children in Michigan is just 60 days. If you two can agree on how the things you do own will be split then you can start preparing the final judgment fairly quickly and, depending on the court's scheduling, maybe even get it entered and signed the first time you go to court.

What can replace no overnight guest so you can have your girlfriend move in with you?

If your Judgment of Divorce contains a provision that prevents either Party from having an unrelated member of the opposite sex spend the night, and you now want to change that, you will have to file a Motion in the Court where the Judgment of Divorce was granted, requesting a modification of that provision of the Judgment. Whether you succeed is dependent on a variety of factors, but if your relationship with your girlfriend has been long-term (i.e., over a year) and exclusive, that will likely help you.

See an attorney, file for divorce and financial support, certainly child support and potentially spousal support or a status quo for the marital estate as appropriate.
