Hired Law Firm

Several years later, I still recall Thomas P. Dividio. He was a divine blessing I was appointed to because there were no public defenders available at the time of a serious ill filing by opposing party; DISMISSED! I personally retained Dividio. He is well-respected, well-accomplished, and is a RARE find of an attorney who fights for JUSTICE when there seems to be no judicial justice present. Thank you for your kind words; much appreciated. I am long since retired and moved out of California to the rural upper Midwest where I do some light farming, fishing, and woodworking.Best of luck to you in all your future endeavors.

Hired Law Firm

(continued.)Tom Dovidio gave me qualified and accurate counsel, but my case was emotionally disturbing. I stopped using Tom after 9 months, as I felt he was charging too much and I wanted him to represent my way, my agenda. I continued without his services through 3 years struggling to achieve Victory. I did receive my plea and I’m Grateful, but years later, I regret not staying with Tom. In the end - all that Tom had asked of me was true. I might have won sooner for less money, trusting Tom!

Hired Attorney Thomas Dovidio

This attorney has no knowledge of how Pension or 401K plans work and how they relate to divorce cases. He did not even know that there are Federal Laws protecting Pensions from garnishment and had a Judge sign an unenforceable garnishment.
