William “Bill” J. Yochim, Jr. has spent over three decades serving clients as a talented litigator for both business and individuals in commercial, civil, and real estate legal matters.

He has also successfully led consumer litigation on behalf of both borrowers and private lenders, managed insurance litigation, and resolved risk management issues for clients.

Additionally, Bill has established himself as a knowledgeable resource for real estate law, both residential and commercial. He has represented homeowners in “wrongful trash out” cases throughout the State of Michigan, as well as other legal matters between landlords and their tenants. Commercially, Bill has assisted many property and business transactions, acting on behalf of both buyers and sellers to find a satisfactory resolution for all.

Beyond assisting with real estate transactions, Bill is an incredible asset for businesses in other capacities. He has represented both individuals and closely held businesses handling contract disputes and shareholder disputes. Notably, he represented a national medical services company as they navigated marketing, investment, real estate, and business-related litigation.
