Some of Todd’s most notable work has been in courtrooms across the state, where he has successfully tried hundreds of cases. These cases include defending complicated RICO prosecutions, homicides, and corporations and individuals facing the might of the government. Todd’s experiences have also led him into the arena of conducting investigations. These investigations have included matters involving companies, universities, hospitals and local municipalities.

This is not the first time Todd has been called upon to step in to prosecute cases while being in private practice. Todd was designated as a Special Assistant Attorney General to prosecute cases in Oakland County and assist in prosecuting a pharmaceutical company.
