As a Senior Fellow, Emily assisted in the development and implementation of the first ever online course in International Criminal Law. As the CUSLI Fellow, Emily helped the Institute establish institutional and professional linkages between Canada and the United States through the facilitation of moot court competitions, conferences, and networking opportunities. Emily is an active member of a number of industry and bar associations, including the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), the Board of Contract Appeals Bar Association (BCABA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the Federal Bar Association (FBA), the Michigan State Bar Nonprofit Corporations Committee, and the Detroit Metro Bar Association (DMBA). Fellow: for the Cox Center and for the Canada-United States Law Institute and was an active member of the Journal of Law, Technology and the Internet, serving as the Editor-in-Charge her final year.
