My practice focuses on assisting families in carrying out their business objectives, advising regarding succession planning, and working with professional teams on purchasing and selling family businesses. Much of my practice is also dedicated to estate planning through wills and trusts and probating or assisting in the administration of trusts. My real estate practice involves the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of commercial property with over $120,000,000 of real estate projects having been handled.
