Hired Attorney

Gary R. Fischer took on Goliath and got them to pay, and they paid BIG! Gary helped my family fight a denied Worker’s Comp claim against THE largest store-based retailer (LSBR) after I lost my wife while she was traveling for business. They covered every potential direction and every conceivable avenue that LSBR could take in an attempt to shirk off responsibility to my wife. Thanks to Gary’s due diligence and hard work, the Comp. Comm’s 25 page arbitration decision was a HUGE win for us!
