Hired Attorney

When it came time to go to trial, Ms Hernandez only provided 50 pages of documentation as required by the courts however did not object to the 500+ pages that the opposing council submitted for documentation. She seemed very unprepared for trial and would have rather settled this prior.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
