Hired Attorney

I would NOT recommend this attorney. Brent and his staff missed critical deadlines which caused me significant issues later in my custody battle. He overcharged for the minimal work he did as well as provided very poor legal advice. The most frustrating issue, however, was that Brent and his staff were completely unresponsive. He changed court dates at the last minute without informing me (but he had informed my ex) and overall was very unprofessional, never returning my calls or emails even

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
