Excellent attorney - very thorough.
I have settled on over 800 closings in my real estate career and have come across only one other instance when the attorney did not do their work properly. This has been a nightmare from day one. From not knowing what the right hand does, not ever being able to speak with the attorney when calling, work not done in a timely manner, not sending the final HUD for review and sending the commission check at the wrong address when the address was in black and white on the sales contract!!!
Extremely dissatisfied with this firm. Our earnest money check was not cashed for almost 4 weeks, delaying our mortgage company. We got the run around about why the entire time and blatant lies from the receptionist... “it was deposited Tuesday”, “I took it personally Friday” “your realtor is on the line with Todd now” (which was a lie as well) etc... Time crunch resulted from their mistake, and Todd actually complained about HIM being rushed. Made our first buying experience SO stressful.
Todd is the worst attorney I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. As a beneficiary of an estate his office is rude and completely unresponsive. I had to begin recording our conversations because he would lie and manipulate and change his story.
Todd Wulhorst is TERRIBLE - Didn't show up in court and State Police came to arrest me. When I told them who was supposed to represent me they laughed. Never spoke to a person in town that had a good experience with his firm. Lazy, sloppy and totally unprofessional.
I have canceled the real estate transaction over two and half weeks ago still waiting for my large deposit to be return so far nothing .
He refuses to communicate or return calls. He gives a date which an estate will be final and when that time came and went he refuses to talk to us at all. Countless phone calls to the office and I was met with rudeness. I am now homeless and it's a direct result of Mr. Wulfhorst
You will be disappointed if you use this attorney. I could go into specifics, but feel that a CAUTION Review is sufficient.
