Zubin is an experienced litigator in the Denver office, concentrating his practice on construction law, general liability, real estate, and contract disputes. He has served as lead counsel in multiple matters, skillfully handling dispositive motions, overseeing complex and voluminous discovery, conducting depositions and mediations, and preparing for trial.
Prior to joining HBS, Zubin clerked for the Honorable Katherine Leonard of the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals. He also gained valuable experience serving as a law clerk with both the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the District of Columbia Attorney General’s Office.
Zubin earned his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School, where he received recognition for his contributions in environmental law and public service. He also earned a Certificate in International Law through a study abroad program at the University of Oxford. As a licensed student attorney with the GW Law Clinics, Zubin successfully litigated two administrative bench trials. He was also a Managing Editor of the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law and Senior Articles Editor of the Energy Bar Association’s Quarterly Brief.
Zubin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Environment and Sustainability from the University of Western Ontario.
