About Waas Campbell Rivera LLP

No surprises, No unnecessary work, and No fee increases

At Waas Campbell Rivera Johnson & Velasquez, we practice law with the single purpose of serving our clients' best interest. Our approach is focused, sophisticated and disciplined, allowing us to have the size and depth to handle the types of complex matters at which we excel, but without the large overhead and inflexible structure of a large firm.

The firm offers dispute resolution services in all types of commercial cases. Our litigation team has attained some of the largest and most significant victories ever in Colorado state and federal courts in eminent domain, False Claims Act qui tam actions, construction law, religious freedom ("RLUIPA") and commercial fraud litigation. Our practice also includes bankruptcy, foreclosure, workouts, loan enforcement actions and employment litigation.

Our transactional practice, which spans the state, includes commercial and residential real estate, land use, leasing and finance. We have significant experience in assisting clients with all aspects of real estate deals, including high-end residential transactions, and acquisition, development, construction management, leasing and disposition of development projects.

The firm is a member of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, and is certified by the Womens' Business Enterprise National Council.
