Hired Law Firm

It took me almost one year to find Ben and I spoke with many attorneys. As soon as I spoke with Ben, I hired him. Ben was referred to me by another attorney whose team beat my agency in 2018, that in itself speaks volumes. I went through a gruesome four years of discrimination and retaliation by my managers that no one should ever experience. I thank Ben, Holly Franson, and their team for excellent services. No one should take on federal government without a legal counsel, but if you must pursue justice, hire Ben, have faith in God, and persevere.

Hired Law Firm

Horrible Service. Wasted over a week of my time seeking to discuss representation yet eventually pulled out to cover paralegal Kaitlin Martin's inability to answer phone calls and emails both adequately and in a timely manner. Do not recommend.
