Cyndi helped us deal with a difficult situation with my father's estate. My brother who was named as the PR went rogue & Cyndi worked over a couple of years to first remove him as the PR, to find a new PR & to eventually close the estate & recoup at least some of what our father left us. It was frustrating to deal with but Cyndi kept away at it & got us our desired result. We couldn't have done it without her.
One of their attorneys acted as the Special Administrator for my brother's estate. She took the word of the Personal Representative that his beneficiaries had been paid for his share in a private company. Turns out we beneficiaries received cash for his other company. She never bothered to check with us whether we were paid for the first company. Her report became part of the court record and we never received any money for it. When I complained about this error, to the firm, I was called a "piece of work" [SIC]! In writing! In my opinion, these are unprofessional lawyers, unwilling to correct their mistakes or at least apologize for them.
