Hired Attorney Ronald Podboy

Mr. Podboy was God sent; an answered prayer. He was professional, attentive, intelligent & just a natural at what he did. I had been wrongfully accused of homicide. He was angry, determined & unrestrained in vigorously coming to my defense and proving my innocence. He relentlessly hammered at the prosecuting team, putting them on the defensive. He was brutal in his negotiations, unrestrained, & would not settle for anything that would put a criminal taint on my record. My case was dismissed.

Rod did an outstanding job of representing our son. On a difficult case, Ron obtained a plea bargain with a probation sentence. This was the goal going in. Ron's case management skills are outstanding. He selected experts who were highly regarded by the DA's office and the court and precisely timed delivery of the experts reports to the court. Ron did an outstanding job and I would use him for any case he felt competent to represent us on.

When our son was in trouble my step sister recommended his services. He worked very hard for our son to lower his sentence. He also worked with us financially.

Hired Law Firm

He was late getting to court which made the magistrate mad and so Ron had less time to present our case. There was valuable information that was not presented which could have changed the out come. He acted like he wasnt prepared for the case when we went in the day before to go over everything.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
