Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Terrible representation and a very poor experience. I hired Paul of the firm Jones and Keller for a civil lawsuit. He was not sufficiently familiar with my case as it proceeded and I had to remind him on several occasions how the court had rules on certain filings and I had to remind him. He did not request vital documents during discovery. I only found this out afterward.during the discovery phase. This certainly weakened my case. His negotiating poorly. When a settlement was not reached and I expected to go to trial, he said he had "forgotten" (his words) there was also arbitration. He did not obtain all of the funds from defendant that the court had stipulated. After proceedings were completed I asked for copies of all communications between him and opposing counsel, including emails and records of phone calls. He has never returned my calls nor has he even replied to any of my emails. I do not not the ethics of this but it is certainly questionable business practice.
