Hired Attorney Joseph Murr

Joseph initially helped me negotiate the satisfaction of a judgement against me resultant from a real estate transaction back in 1977. The creditor happened to be an attorney also and Joseph accompanied me to the creditors office and facilitated a 50% reduction of the face amount along with a monthly payment plan on the balance. He later in my life drew up the single best document I've ever been a party to when I leased a home under a lease option agreement. It saved me tens of thousands of dollars. He has assisted me with document review and suggestions/comments in business purchases and other issues as well. Joseph is a solid man, very studious and well spoken with the quality of caring about his clients. I've recommended him to my daughter and she feels the same way toward him after helping her with a tenant issue.
