Mary Katherine Andrews is a member of the Environmental Practice and the Water Law Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office.
She represents public and private clients on an array of environmental regulatory, permitting and litigation matters as well as transactional support and due diligence. She advises on environmental assessment and liability matters, complex regulatory and jurisdictional issues, state and federal administrative rulemaking and appeals. She assists on energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable development and traditional fuels, as well as mineral rights and mining matters. She also handles compliance and enforcement cases related to water quality matters, air quality matters, and hazardous materials contamination.
Her practice also focuses on water related transactions, litigation matters, and related administrative proceedings involving the adjudication of water rights, changes of water rights, water rights disputes and appeals.
