The paralegal, Sean was extremely efficient and easy to reach whenever I had a question, and Srthur himself was very personable and friendly. Not like a lot of lawyers, who seem lofty or stuffy; Arthur was a regular guy.

Very uncommunicative. Very bad about keeping me up to date or informing me of what was occurring. I felt the lawyer Arthur Lindquist-Kleisser considered my case very unimportant and didn't have time for my small stuff, yet the fees were very high.

Absolutely awful, met with male paralegal and no attorney first meeting. Left messages with no return phone call and staff answering phone was rude.
