Justin helped me with a difficult custody battle. I could not gotten through this without him! In a time of desperation, my ex took my kids from me and would not let me see them. Justin quickly got me into court and while a long battle went forth, he secured Orders for me to be a regular part of my children's lives!
Regarding a divorce despite that I repeatedly told him my main concern at the consultation & over and over in emails he never wanted to look further into or subpoena the businesses to try to expose the Ex’s hidden & not hidden assets he just kept saying it’s not worth it. He even defended the ex and argued with me. When I was devastated and crushed that what I feared most happened he says well I’m sure the other side didn’t get everything he wanted!! Despite that he presented the evidence in ways the Judge didn’t want to use or look at and he only asked the ex a few questions and gave up because he wasn’t getting any answers! It was a disaster. He didn’t show much compassion, help or professionalism nothing! Just greed. I ended up in $31,000 in debt on SSDI income in complete devastation. He ended up with more than half of my stuff and kept his hidden assets and got away with lying, not providing requested info and not answering questions on the stand. I feel so cheated and ripped off.
