  Allen v. USAA (D. Colo. 2017) - Obtained summary judgment for USAA against a putative class action alleging that USAA's time limitation on Med-Pay benefits violated Colorado law
  that USAA failed to disclose the time limitation.
  In re Marriage of Gross, 371 P.3d 744 (Colo. App. 2016) - Served as lead appellate counsel
  obtained a complete reversal of a lower court's decision to retroactively relinquish a parent's support obligations. The published decision establishes important precedent in Colorado concerning the effective date of an order relinquishing parental rights.
  Served as principal drafter of briefs before the Colorado Supreme Court
  the Colorado Court of Appeals successfully defending a cost award.
  Represented an AmLaw 100 firm in a professional liability lawsuit involving claims of malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty,
  other business torts. The plaintiffs claimed in excess of $20 million in damages. The matter resolved favorably days before trial.
  Represented several state funds (including Colorado) in recovering millions related to underground storage tank litigation.
