    Acted as part of team that resolved claims against a U.S. wine producer stemming from the termination of a business contract
    involving over $50M in claimed damages.
    Obtained a defense verdict in favor of an insurance company in a case involving claims for bad faith denial of coverage.
    Negotiated a settlement on behalf of two large multinational payments processing companies in dispute with former vendor in action involving misappropriation of trade secrets claims.
    Served as second-chair trial counsel in obtaining defense verdict in favor of Colorado municipality in federal jury trial involving claims for unreasonable search
    seizure.
    Served as second-chair counsel, obtained federal jury verdict fully exonerating Colorado municipality accused of First Amendment violations by a former employee.
    Represented multinational, privately held company in business dispute with former distributors resulting in judgment in favor of client in excess of $9M
    dismissal of claims against the client for over $54M in damages.
    Represented a property owner in federal lawsuit against the United States regarding government munitions
    ordnance left on the property following the government's lease of l
    during WWII, requiring the United States to pay the client over $30M for cleanup efforts.
    Prosecuted numerous breach of lease actions throughout the United States.
    Defended claims brought against property owner related to easements
    adverse possession.
    As co-counsel in a pro bono matter, obtained court order restoring the parental rights of a former female inmate who had successfully completed her sentence as well as a series of rigorous courses while incarcerated in order to overcome her prior substance abuse issues
    to become a family health counselor.
