I would highly recommend this attorney. I had issues with a renter/property law. I was in constant contact with Mr. Eby who replied to my e-mails promptly and returned my calls. He lead me through a legal quagmire with skill, determination, and professionalism. I couldn't recommend Mr. Eby highly enough. This law office is now my home for all legal needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Even though very responsive to emails, more time should have been spent in the initial consultation explaining possible actions by a tenant determined to avoid payment of property damages, instead of just saying that I had a legitimate claim. The excessive fees for repeated reviewing, drafting, editing, compiling and filing of documents far exceeded the actual damages with no end in sight. The tenant was always a step ahead and finally threatened bankrupcy at which point I withdrew the claim.

When the opposing party threatened to file bankruptcy to avoid payment of any judgment, I recommended that my client consider whether or not she was willing to spend more money, time, and effort to obtain a money judgment against her former tenant.
