Mr. Boney advised me to take my ex to court because I was not able to keep up with my bills with my wages be garnished for maintenance and child support. He sold me a pipe dream that we could get my ex to pay me. That's when all the trouble started. I spent countless hours putting together the information the opposing counsel asked for and Mr. Boney never even entered it in to the court destroying my credibility with the judge. His courtroom performance was awful missing details that were clearly apparent. The judge addressed Mr. Boney directly that his conduct was frustrating the court. In the end the ruling increased my child support nearly 4x. I am in a much worse position then prior to working with him. RUN AWAY.
