Hired Law Firm

My Sons obtained his services for their Father's case appeal 35c and he charged them $25,000 and did nothing. He wouldnt answer their calls did not tell them anything of the status on case they actually found out thru a letter from courts that it was denied learning later they could have filled out the paperwork and filed themselves for free The Lawyer knew that when my Sons finally contacted him he said he needed the money thats why he took on the case?? Really why would you take peoples money

Hired Attorney Arthur Nieto

My husband went through a divorce with his ex-wife.I found lawyer Arthur S.Nieto online and chose him to represent my husband in court through his divorce process in Denver,CO.This lawyer did not come to my husband's defense at all.The judge ordered him to pay a large amount of alimony for 7 years and a very small amount of child support for his children.Every time my husband tried to get a hold of him he was unavailable.NOT A GOOD LAWYER AT ALL
