We had a horrible sewer backup in our brand new home. Our builder abandoned us and left us to figure it out on our own. After consulting with several construction litigation attorneys we chose Ted based on his willingness to provide an extensive consultation. The builders insurance company fought us the entire way, professing to take care of everything one minute just to come back and tell us they wouldn’t be able to cover anything and if we didn’t accept their offer they would fight us in court. Ted did an excellent job of explaining the law, the possible outcomes, and factors to consider both financially and psychologically. After close to a year we finally prevailed and were able to start to get our lives back to normal.

Hired Attorney Theodore Wells

This lawyer was hired by my insurance company for an incident involving a customer who fell and injured herself due the negligence of my landlord and the contractor they hired to do the work. He kept me up-to-date about the case and did a great job representing me and my business.
