Definitely would not recommend! Alison did not do what was in our written contract & what she verbally agreed to do. She told me that I could contest my step-dad's will based on undue influence &/or lack of testamentary capacity which I believed were both highly probable esp. since he had written Merry Christmas on a B-Day check he sent to me the previous May. Then, oddly after Alison spoke to the other attorney, she called me & said that my step-father had every right to change his will no matter what. All she was supposed to discuss w/ the other attorney was to get an accounting of my mom's & step-father's estates & to find out the status of probate - she did neither. Instead, she discussed other things including if my step-father was of sound mind when he changed his will. (I wanted actual medical records, not a statement from his family's attorney saying that there was nothing wrong with my step-father.) Alison was at best inept and at worse unethical.
