Hired Law Firm

Attorney assigned to my case was distracted by the pending birth of his child. He apparently failed to review the facts of the case I provided. As a result, he proceeded to work the case under the wrong assumptions. He was eventually replaced by one of the firm's principals, who personally took over the case. The police report said I was totally NOT at fault, but I got <$500 for a $15K car. Medical bills were to have been paid, but I still get a bill from the emergency room about once a year.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
