Tom Stubbs is a thorough, talented and competent professional who represented my mother-in law’s estate during a long arduous legal battle that lasted almost 3 years. During the process Tom was often ridiculed and maligned but was able to keep his composure and give me advice on the best way to handle the issues. As the executor of the will it was my responsibility to ensure the matters of the estate were legally exercised according to the will. Tom was instrumental in me fulfilling those duties to the best of my ability and I owe him a great debt of gratitude in helping settle the matters of the estate and successfully petitioning the courts to getting me discharged as the executor.
Mr. Stubbs was very responsive; both of my husband's parents had passed away and Mr. Stubbs had written their wills. After he was finished with that part, my husband's sister sued her siblings because she felt short-changed. Mr. stubbs handled the suit with as much alacrity and finesse as he could. We were very happy with his services.
