Hired Attorney

When dealing with Mr. Bachuss on my father's conservatorship, he seemed to be knowledgeable and ethical. However, he did failed on many instances, starting with his attitude toward my father, treating him like he had a high level of dementia when he did not. He did not do a complete inventory of the estate. leaving out about 3,000 sq feet of shop with old cars, two boats, mechanical and electrical supplies, tools, drills, furniture, washer /dryer, book cases, kitchen ware, holiday decorating and personal property of the children. He videoed the inside of the house and wrote a list. He refused to give family members a copy. He LOST both videos of the house, seems on purpose and never completed the inventory. He allowed a felon to take 7 firearms off the property. He also tried to sell the house while the owner was still living there for a reduced price of about $ 55,000 and include all of the contents of about $ 32,000 not including $ 18,000 unlisted items. He is a scammer
