About Gary E. Gardner

For over 37 years I have been an active litigation attorney. On average I get to court once a day every day the Wayne County Circuit Court or local District Courts in Wayne, Oakland and Washtenaw Counties.   I am the founder and original president of The Wayne County Family Law Bar Association, and was appointed as a special master to hear personal protection order cases in Wayne County.

Hired Attorney

I have dealt with 8 attorneys in my 73 years for various different situations. I have had a couple very bad ones along the way. I have to say though Gary is the worse I had. The best he was good at was distracting and BS with me. Very disorganized. Leaving a message by phone at 2 numbers or text message and getting an answer was like pulling teeth. Very seldom got a reply. It was just hit or miss to get him on the phone. I usually had to just show up in person to get ahold of him. He talks a good game that's it. He said he liked me. I would hate to see if he didn't. He did very little for my case. I feel he is the biggest reason I lost pretty much everything. Said he will do something and didn't. I feel I would have had the same or better outcome going at it alone and not go in debt. Didn't file motions when he should have. Let the other attorney who he says is friends with run over us. So much more but you only get 1000 characters. I need at least 10,000 of them. MY WORSE MISTAKE
