About Whited Law Firm

The firm is comprised of three lawyers (Flem K. Whited, III, G. Kipling Miller and Kevin Sullivan) experienced in the area of drunk driving defense and a four person support staff. Each person working in the firm was hand picked by Mr. Whited based upon their individual experience and skills. The lawyers approach a case based on a "Team" approach to each drunk driving defense case. All the lawyers work on all the cases. Specific cases are not "assigned out." Each case is reviewed by each lawyer personally and by the "Team." Legal issues and trial strategies are discussed and an individual plan devised for each client. All the clients are encouraged to get to know all the lawyers and participate in the planning and execution of their case. The lawyers have at their disposal the latest in on-line legal research, accident reconstructionist, investigators and chemist to assist them in the defense.

Mr. Whited's criminal defense firm has grown over the years. That was inevitable. Persons charged with DUI/drunk driving, who are serious about their defense, want a lawyer skilled as a drunk driving defense attorney. The more a lawyer works and study and that generally leads to a good result. All the lawyers are seasoned veterans. There are no briefcase carriers in this firm.

Hired Attorney Flem K. Whited III

Only once in a so called while, if that, do you have the opportunity to meet an Attorney that makes a significant difference in your life. For me that significant difference was a gentleman from East Tennessee named Flem K. Whited III. Words cannot explain the difference he made in my life due to his expertise regarding law. Please refer to the case law Atty Whited has regarding (State vs. Josey). Atty Whited is certainly worth the time to consult with, Trust me on that one! Thanks again Flem!

Took my money and acted like he was doing pro bono work. Always wanted more. Never wanted to do any work himself. Would talk to me like im already guilty and had no confidence in my case.DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY
