Hired Attorney

I hired Matthew to help me settle a dispute with my parents' estate. I live out of state, while my parents lived in the Daytona Beach area. Honestly, I was concerned because I was out of state. Matthew listened to my concerns, put me at ease, and accepted my case. Matthew was very thorough in his questioning, data collection, and explanation of the various levels of litigation. He also explained the costs associated with the different levels, and success for each. During mediation, Matthew was professional and was instrumental in securing a very fair settlement. The administrative staff at the law firm were also professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Matthew Shapiro and the Rice Law Firm.

Shapiro. I found a positive post online about him so I went with my gut and went to see him. He quickly put me at ease with his vast knowledge, calm demeanor, and professionalism. Even before I retained him he told me to call him with any questions or conc

Matt resolved our dispute with our HOA for us . Not only did he resolve it, but he was able to get a large part of our legal fees back. He was very conscientious of our money when working our case and was always available whenever we reached out to him. We would use him again for any real estate related issue in a heartbeat. Thank you again, Matt, for everything!
