She is straightforward but very friendly. Tells you exactly what will happen and what to do/not do. Is very approachable and has a very good staff.
Her staff was very good at communication and responsiveness. When it came to negotiating with our mortgage company (which was trying to foreclose on our house), she failed miserably. She refused to negotiate with the mortgage company on any point we asked even including the interest rate. In my opinion, she is a week bankruptcy attorney. Find someone that will fight for you.
Does not go over fine details of bankruptcy what to or not do, file or not, alternative, then tells you to just stop paying your debts, even though they are current, takes your money but when something tragic happens and you let them know and try your best, she wants you to hurry up now since you are in a terrible situation, and will keep all your money even though she has not done any work at all, only collect and deposit your money. Totally unethical, morally bankrupt is what she is!
I would not recommend this firm to anyone. We felt the customer service and communication was awful and not helpful to us.
