My law office, Alan Fowler Law, PLLC, serves the communities of Key West and Daytona Beach by providing personalized and trustworthy defense for individuals facing criminal accusations. An arrest for a mistake like a DUI, drug offense or bar fight should not limit you for the rest of your life. As your lawyer, I will take every effort to protect you from harsh penalties. Alan and his team in less than 2 weeks got everything dropped and no charges were filed. After being falsely arrested in Key West, Alan and his team jumped all over the case immediately and are now fighting to get the arrest expunged asap. Alan did what he said he would do. He took the time to ask pertinent questions, was up front on how he would approach the situation My fiancé was wrongfully accused and he stayed in touch and kept me updated as soon as there were any changes. Had his associates visit her in jail to discuss strategy and assure her in times of uncertainty. Case was dismissed

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
