Richard Boucher is the most dishonest and Arrogant man I have ever met! When sitting down to have a meeting with Richard. He would spend 50 minutes talking. He does not listen! This is a problem when he "negotiates" for you. He did not understand the case or the goals or the defendant. He was hired to go to Trial. His actions were to NOT prepare to trial. I ended up having to accept defeat on all major issues because he refused to prepare. I should have fired him and and walked in alone$11,500
I don't know if he can tell the truth. I did not know he was lying until we got infront of the judge. Sold me down the river. F him
