He did as little work on my case as possible and when it came time for a settlement he accepted the first offer the bwc put on the table and told me i had 10 min to take it or not get anything. When I spoke with my caseworker at BC the lady said it was only the first offer and she wanted to take it back for further review by the board for another offer but mr. plunkett said it was fair and accepted it.
Was only interested in me handing over $5000 to go to state court. With drew motion to add my disc protrusions for some wrong reason.. All his associates who represented me through the industrial commissions did not do anything to prove case. When I would call never got direct answers to my questions. All this guy cares about is the "big case" if it don't benefit him then he is not interested.
