Hired Attorney James Ashworth

This so called attorney is a complete moron. This man could not even bring up the fact that the defense failed to conduct there own investigation. This terrible so called cost me 75000 with al the fees and dispositions. I urge anyone to avoid this man who is com0letly incopetent, and Jim i am and will not step foot in California. I wish you were a physician so i could sue you for incompetance

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
