Hired Attorney

I originally contacted Mr. Andrew Winston about a car accident I had 8 years ago. He was the ONLY attorney who scheduled time for me. Ultimately, he wasn’t able to assist me in that case. But I was so grateful for his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. I appreciated the time he took in meeting with me. I had an odd car accident in the summer of 2022. Ms. Madeleine Mannello represented me in the case. I expected a much smaller settlement. They under-promised, but over delivered! Ms. Mannello went above and beyond by negotiating my medical bills. Her actions benefited me greatly so I was able to retain more of my settlement. I don’t think any other law firm would negotiate one’s medical bills. I am so grateful she was my attorney!!! Their whole team is amazing! Linda, Valentina, and Jennifer are all proactive, kind, and communicative. If you are in search of an aggressive law firm, who goes above and beyond, then reach out to Winston Law Firm! I would give them 10 Stars

Hired Attorney

Madeleine and Andrew were terrific guiding me thru the process. I was injured in a car crash caused by a State of Fl employee and received a back injury. The employee was ticketed. Had to sell my business, unable to work, have a recommendation for back surgery. Incredibly the Attorney's and negotiators for the State of FL act like the settlement $$ comes out of their pocket. There is a $200K cap and the initial offer was barely a 1/4 of that. Madeleine negotiated a settlement substantially more than that although if this was a private insurer it would have been multiple times more. Madeleine also negotiated with the health providers to reduce their bills to create a larger net payout to me. If you are in need of legal representation due to an accident you MUST call Winston Law Firm!

Hired Attorney

I waited over 10 days for a negative response in accepting my case. I was mauled by an American Bulldog 4 years ago. My current attorney is petitioning the courts to be removed from my case after 4 years. I was airlifted as a trauma alert. Hospitalized for 2 months, lost use of my arm and I can not seem to get justice because???? Not sure.

Dear Reviewer, I declined your case because you want to sue your current lawyer in Orlando for legal malpractice. I am in Ft. Laud. You contacted me on 10/15, and we declined your case on 10/24, 9 days later. I am so sorry you were hurt, but I can't help.
