His office worked very well with us. They were fast & courteous on every meeting/call. Only met him on 2 occasions however he did seem prepared and explained the process to us well.
Took our check with a promise to write a response to a letter on an estate issue. 10 months later, still haven’t gotten the letter out. Drove to Alabama in August to meet with him in person and left with the understanding that the response letter would be out within two weeks… that was five months ago. My husband has phoned him every month and every month he receives apologies and a promise. CANNOT possibly recommend.
