Hired Attorney Reid Roethe

Reid's knowledge of the law and creative thinking made my experience way less burdensome. He negotiated alternative solutions that ensured all parties were extremely satisfied. Reid really understood my concerns and needs, and was able to accommodate them. I can say he really went above and beyond what most attorneys would do.

I paid Reid Roethe $1500.00. My wife negotiated my agreement with the prosecutor prior to hire. Reid charged $750.00 to obtain the judge & the prosecutor's signature. He advised:one year after my program was complete my bail money would be returned. The court released my bail a week later. The second $750.00 Reid demanded with in days of the first payment for a court date the next year. He was a no show! I filed a complaint with the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Board!

Paid him $3,500 upfront, for a F6 charge (the least serious felony), first time offender. Reid took the first plea offer, and I was sentenced to 365 days (180 days I spent 90 days in jail, through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years). {para}There was no postponement of sentencing, no bond reduction, I didn't see the Discovery until the day of my sentence, and there was no criminal conversion (to plea it down to a misdemeanor).{para}I'm pretty sure I would've done better with the Public Defender.
