I hired Steve (&Mary) a year prior to finally quitting my employment, as a highly experienced and well-paid Manager of Safety in OSHA and FMCSA Compliance, with a highly unsafe Oil & Gas Services company. I had a rock solid STAA and OSHA Driver Coercion case with a year of documented evidence, discussions, photos and recordings. Steve repeatedly could not remember the facts of the case, didn’t pay attention during numerous recorded & transcribed calls, failed to follow thru timely on the OSHA investigation, which was promptly dismissed. I had to call, email and text repeatedly to remind him of deadline dates and request proofs of filing with ALJ to get court dates and worked steadily at night, weekends, calls with no notice or agenda, all to get to a point where Steve kept trying to convince me to continue pursuing the case well after I’d left the employer for a higher paying job. Steve then failed to protect my private health records and current employer, I was ultimately terminated!!

BEWARE!! He destroyed my multimillion-dollar case!! He will take your money and disappear! Search find his other reviews, you will see he is a fraud with a nice website. My story is identical to others using the same verbiage with their scam as mine. He said I had a case and gave me a discount.. He refused to look at my actual well-laid-out fact of the case. Said he only needed the top five. He was telling me long stories and clocking them on his phone. 2 months in I wrote my own demand letter to get him moving. He said he was ready and I needed to make my second payment and then he would send it. His was misspelled, inaccurate and BAD!. Asked me if I was college-educated I said no. said he wasn't sizing me up but was! Then they disappeared compromising my case passing the statute. I am injured disabled and without a case because of Steve Kardell! and his wife running a scam on me! Oh and the TEXAS BAR DID NOTHING!!! I want to sue him for malpractice!! I need a real attorney!

Hired this firm to get money owed me by a corporation I contracted to. After my payment was made I waited a couple of months, then started pressing to find out what was going on with the case. Several call attempts and 3 emails over about 4 weeks I finally got him to answer his phone. Comments made were didn't care about my case or documents I sent him to assist him. Told me to file a grievance and contact Donald Trump. Contacted TX Attorney Client Assist Program and he ignored them as well.
