With broad knowledge of corporate law; estate, trust and probate issues; regulatory matters and litigation, he is routinely called upon to serve as outside counsel for companies and provide advice and analysis on a range of business and personnel matters. In addition, Tom has testified in court proceedings as an expert witness on Texas law.
