Ms. Garrett was wonderful as my attorney, she handled my situations with ease and was very personable. She showed empathy towards the situations that I was currently in at the time. I would have been lost without her. I don't think I would have succeeded in either case if it wasn't for her assistance. It wasn't about the money for her, it was about the care of her client.

He's great but you have to stay on top of the para-legals the firm hires. All mail goes thru them and they never tell the lawyer anything. I would call Adam on his own cell which I had from the beginning. I found out how sloppy the para-legals were because I lost the homestead exemption for my home. That was a lot of money to loose the a court trustee's dishonesty.

I would not recommend based on the lack of clarity during the initial consultation and the length of time it took to come to closure on my case. I believe I would have been better served and the firm would have been better prepared had they requested more information during the initial consultation.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
