I highly suspect that a lawyer in this office is attempting to scam me. I am working as part of an estate and was sent a certified letter that allowed me to contest a 4,741.90 charge against the estate from an HOA. I complied before their deadline and in their letter it said it would stop the collection on the contested amount and allow it to be disputed. They informed me they would get me the information that I requested on “legal fees owed” I asked for a break down and then was promptly ignored for weeks even sending them regular reminders and asking for updates still no word they just expect me to blindly pay them money.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
