Reviews for Nichols, Jackson, Dillard, Hager & Smith, L.L.P.
Have you consulted or hired this firm?
Leave a review about your experience with this firm. They represent Duncanville city and allow them to break the law. Who do you call to enforce a court order when the police and city are not complying with a court order against them? Who do you call to force the police to follow Texas state statutes? Texas statue law says police must file an itemized list of items taken during a raid with in 96 hours. It has been over a year and the Duncanville police refuse to file and give me a itemized list I can file with my taxes. This law firm does not care about the law. They allow their clients to break the law as if they are above them.
They break every law in the book. They represent Allen, Texas and have managed to harass me tremendously lying my requests are not clear when they are clear. I asked what is the racial ratio of all killed by Allen, Texas cops and they bullied me. And sent me a letter with a bunch of attorneys names and signatures. They have managed not to answer a dozen of my open records requests.
